Free Shipping: Orders over $100 ship free to all U.S. destinations.

Standard Shipping Rates:

$10 flat rate for orders under $100 to the continental U.S.

$15 flat rate to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories

International shipping is not available at this time due to regulatory restrictions on certain medical products.

Large or bulky items (such as incontinence supplies) may incur additional shipping charges, which will be clearly reflected at checkout.
Returns Policy
At Cenexa Health, we take product safety and quality seriously. Due to the nature of the home health and personal care items we sell, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis only and must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation. Returns will only be considered for items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out immediately—we will make it right at no cost to you.
For all other approved returns:

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
