How to Request a Price Match
Contact our support team with the following details:
- Product SKU (from our store)
- Competitor's price
- Link to the competitor's product page
We aim to review and respond to all price match requests within 1 business day.
Eligibility Guidelines
- Item must be identical (brand, size, quantity, etc.) and in new, unopened condition
- Item must be in stock and available to ship from the competitor
- Price must be publicly advertised online; screenshots, emails, or verbal quotes will not be accepted
- Prices from clearance sales, liquidations, auctions, or membership-only programs are not eligible
- Short-dated or expiring soon items are not eligible
- Used, refurbished, repackaged, or damaged items do not qualify
- We do not match prices from marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon third-party, eBay)
What Happens Next
If your request is approved, a member of our support team will create a one-time use discount code that matches or beats the competitor’s price. This code:
- Will be valid for 24 hours
- Can only be used once
- Will be restricted to the shipping address on your account
If we’re unable to beat the price, we’ll send you a 10% off coupon for any other item on our store—no questions asked.
